We have missed you and are so excited to see you, serve you, and catch up whilst also keeping our community safe, healthy, and happy!
It is our number one priority to keep our customers and staff safe.
Due to these difficult times, a few things have changed at the Raven.
There is now a one-way system in place, with entrance to the pub on the right-hand side and the exit on the left-hand side.
We have set up two service points at the bar for you to order food and drinks at. If you have reserved a table with us we will provide you with table service. Standing by the bar is not currently permitted except to order and pay.
As a part of the Governments track-and-trace program, we will now require all patrons who want an indoor table to reserve, and/or give their details beforehand. You can book a table from theravenw6.com or call us on 020 8748 6977 for dining and drinking visits. We can also ask for your details on the day. Those dining inside who have provided their details, you will be provided with table service. For patrons stopping in for a drink in our outdoor space, you will not be required to reserve or give details, and also will not receive table service.
We will operate with a slightly reduced menu.
As following the Government guidelines for social distancing, celebrating, dining or drinking tables have been limited to 2 families of unrestricted numbers or tables of up to 6 guests if more than 2 families. We are able to take reservations for up to 30 people in our private function room, following social distancing measures. Additionally, no more than 2 people can use the restroom facilities at one time, and we will be asking you to use the one-in-one-out system to ensure everyone keeps their distance.
Whilst in the Raven, we ask you to follow these safety guidelines, and, most importantly, we also ask you to smile, respect one another, and appreciate how lucky we are to have one another.
